Kenny Thigpen | Studio Director

 Kenny is the glue that holds the studio together at Tattoo Bill's, Inc. He assists artists and customers with appointment scheduling and routinely answers questions regarding services and pricing. He is a motivated team player that ensures our shop runs smoothly.

Frank is Tattoo Bill’s, Inc. Certified Laser Specialist. He founded Tattoo Bill’s Tattoo Removal after realizing there is an undeniable need for affordable tattoo removal treatments now and in the future. He has performed thousands of successful removal treatments utilizing the most premier laser technology in the industry.

Russell  began piercing in Charlotte in 2013. Aside from giving clients a quality piercing, Russell enjoys providing a lighthearted experience with his jokes.

Hayes has worked with Russell since 2017. When he's not piercing at Tattoo Bill's,  Hayes

 enjoys spending time outdoors and painting.
