Marine, Police Officer and Mason at Steele Creek Lodge 737
Bill’s father and grandfather had tattoo shops, so you could say ink was in his blood. Following his retirement, he decided to revisit his passion for tattooing and open Tattoo Bill’s in October 1999. He strived to have the cleanest, most modern facility to best serve his clients who meant the most to him. Bill welcomed everyone with his charming personality and treated everyone like his own family. This man made an impact on anyone’s life he crossed paths with and will truly be missed.
Our Promise: Tattoo Bill’s, Inc. promises to honor Bill’s legacy by providing you with the same top-tier service and only recruit staff that directly fit Bill’s brand.

Chris Thigpen helped his father open the doors of Tattoo Bill's in 1999. From that moment forward, he worked hand in hand with Bill as the studio’s body piercer. He established a strong foundation and loyal clientele in the piercing business for years to come. Chris had a smile that could warm anyone’s heart and will truly be missed.
