How old do I have to be to receive a tattoo or piercing?
North Carolina Law requires an individual to be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. ID is required. No exceptions.
For piercings, if you are under 18 you may bring a parent or legal guardian to sign for you. ID is required.
What method(s) of payment do you accept?
Tattoo Bill’s, Inc. accepts all major Debit/Credit Cards for services over $150.
All services $150 or less must be paid in cash. For your convenience, we have an ATM located onsite.
We do not accept checks.
Do you accept walk- ins / appointments?
Tattoos: We accept walk-ins and appointments. We recommend scheduling an appointment for a tattoo service if you would like to request a specific artist or day of the week. Fridays and Saturdays are usually the busiest for us.
Piercings: By appointment only.
Laser Tattoo Removal: By appointment only.
I want a quote on a tattoo. Can I receive a quote via email or by phone?
We highly recommend that clients receive quotes in person. We are unable to discuss pricing without determining the exact size, placement, etc. of the piece.
Should I tip my artist?
We encourage you to tip as you feel appropriate. Our artists enjoy receiving this optional recognition for their creation. It is customary to tip 20% or more depending on time of tattoo, level of detail and most importantly, YOUR level of satisfaction.
