 Jeff holds the longest tenure among the artists at Tattoo Bill’s Inc. He enjoys free hand tribal but his artistry knows no bounds. Prior to becoming a tattoo artist, Jeff painted children’s nurseries and designed paint schemes for several NASCAR teams. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys NHRA drag racing and fishing.
